The Customer Service Representative at Champlain Cable is the primary contact for all customer accounts, and the liaison between customers and our production teams. The CSR needs ability to create positive and productive relationships with both external and internal customers is a key aspect of this position. This position requires great attention to detail, flexibility, high level communication (both written and oral) and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Analysis and understanding of your Customer Accounts trends and needs is an on-going aspect to this position.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
Must have excellent attention to detail, flexibility, high level communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Some travel required
