This position educates, advises, and enforces Vermont asbestos and lead control regulations to ensure safe work practices in buildings. This is a dynamic position that includes both desk and field work and collaborates with state and local building professionals. Inspects worksites, provides compliance assistance to contractors about health-protective work practices, investigates non-compliance, builds enforcement cases, and audits training courses.
