Our Product Support Representatives handle inbound and outbound calls, supporting our customers with questions about their outdoor power equipment and parts sales. We provide 4 weeks of paid training on our products, processes and software.
Seasonal positions can last up to 6 months.
Eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to an hourly rate.

3 months experience in customer service
Solid computer skills along with the ability to learn new software.
Strong verbal communication skills while maintaining a pleasant and patient attitude.
