The Burlington Housing Authority is pleased to announce job openings for the following newly created full time (40 hours per week) position:
Primary responsibilities include answering tenant inquiries via phone and email, route calls to appropriate individuals, prioritize requests for maintenance repairs, and generate resident charges and bills from completed work orders. Exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and accuracy required.
