We are looking for a dynamic but patient, results-oriented candidate with employee benefits and union contract experience. The VSC is in the middle of transition to the UltiPro (Enterprise) HRIS system and we need someone who is flexible, adaptable, and has a sense of humor.
Employee Benefits Services’ primary role is to provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive benefit information and services to a diverse population of VSC employees, faculty and retirees. Our customer base includes approximately 3,000 employees paid on a bi-weekly basis across multiple sites and work locations, in addition to approximately 600 benefits eligible retirees and their covered dependents. We administer multiple benefit packages with different plan eligibility and enrollment rules. Benefit plans include multiple health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, Flexible Spending, retirement, tax sheltered annuities, and deferred compensation plans. Leave types encompass vacation, sick leave, personal leave, compensatory time and holidays.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000.
