VHCB is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic individual to oversee the sustainability of VHCB funded housing developments. This individual collects data and monitors the financial health of housing developments, problem solving issues, making recommendations for action, and overseeing implementation of approved actions. The Stewardship Coordinator also makes recommendations regarding VHCB and federal debt and manages the monitoring of properties.
QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience and training in housing development, and/or financial analysis of housing projects and underwriting. Strong communication and writing skills, attention to detail, a creative and organized thinker, and a problem solver. Experience working with non-profit housing developers, property managers, social service providers and state agencies is highly desirable, as is knowledge of building construction and database management. Ability to work well as a member of a team is essential. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits. EOE.
