Saint Michael’s College seeks a student-centered, data-driven professional to serve as the College Registrar. The Registrar is responsible for the management of registration, classroom scheduling, graduation tracking, transfer credit assessment, and overall maintenance of academic records. The incumbent will have knowledge of FERPA and federal and state reporting requirements and will serve as the School Certifying Official for military-connected students. The position reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and is a key member of the Curriculum Committee, the Enrollment Management Committee, and the Retention Committee. Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague, Entrinsik Informer, Excel, and the National Student Clearinghouse are strongly preferred.
