· Create a work plan and schedule for key administrative tasks, such as:
Annual and production budgets, contracts and payroll
Tracking and analysis of financial data
Overseeing website and social media
Serving as liaison with OPERA America and other artistic organizations (e.g. Vermont Arts Council, NEA)
· Take the lead in fundraising, including finding and applying for grant opportunities
· Support the Board in Development/Outreach, providing tools needed to reach financial goals
· Operate Customer Relations Management system (CRM)
· Continue integration of YOC (Youth Opera Company) and mainstage activities
· Work collaboratively with the Board (including YOC of OCM Advisory Board)
· Attend Board meetings, and (as required) committee meetings
· Manage Lead Staff Team members (Artistic Director, Executive Producer, Music Director and Director of Education/Outreach); work cooperatively with the Lead Staff Team in managing, steering and shaping the Company in a time of growth
