The operations coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the coworking space. Operations coordinator will coordinate and build an exciting community-based office environment responsive to the needs of independent professionals and remote workers. Helping to build the coworking community from scratch with the Entrepreneur in Residence, this role will frequently develop creative content, moderate online and offline conversation, promote the NVU coworking brand, coordinate and facilitate events, engage with our members and build relationships within the community. This position is part-time but is key to the new, upcoming, vibrant work community of the coworking space.
CHARACERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Associate’s degree in business or other appropriate discipline, plus three to four years relevant business and administrative experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
Non-bargaining unit, Grade 13, Full-time, Exempt; Grant Funded
Part time position, 20 hours/week. This position is grant funded and dependent upon continuation of funding.
