Generator is a combination of artist studios, classroom, and business incubator at the intersection of art, science, and technology. We provide tools, expertise, education, and opportunity – to enable all members of our community to create, collaborate, and make their ideas a reality. Generator has over 200 maker-members and outreach programming that engages over 2,000 individuals per year.
The Program & Impact Director is responsible for the development, outreach, and implementation of programs that engage and inspire our local, regional, and statewide community in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) & technical skill education, workforce development, the arts, and entrepreneurship. This position is responsible for developing and stewarding organizational partnerships that are strategically aligned with Generator’s programming and outreach efforts. The Program & Impact Director will ensure that our programs are responsive to the needs and aspirations of the community, serve underrepresented marginalized communities, and create pathways for lifelong learning, STEAM careers, and equal opportunity.
The Program & Impact Director oversees programming staff, volunteers, mentors, and educational instructors and is responsible for the financial management of all programming at Generator.
