CVOEO’s Voices Against Violence (VAV) Program works towards the elimination of domestic and sexual violence and stalking through direct service, education and systems change. VAV seeks a motivated professional with a passion for this mission to be responsible for providing support and advocacy services to survivors on an ongoing basis and promoting awareness and education regarding domestic and sexual violence. In this role you’ll provide client support and advocacy, coordinate client activities with other staff and volunteers, develop and implement prevention/education activities in area schools and early childhood educational settings, and coordinate the development of a comprehensive public awareness campaigns. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field or related education and experience; effective verbal and written communication skills – bilingual abilities are a plus; and excellent organizational, crisis intervention and collaborative skills while promoting the core values of the organization, we’d like to hear from you!
