The lending team is growing, and is currently seeking a highly motivated person with strong administrative and people skills to perform a wide variety of tasks in support of its home repair program.
Responsible for a broad range of tasks in support of all aspects of CHT’s lending programs, including customer service, data management, and program administration.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, time management, organization, creative problem solving skills, and a commitment to equity and inclusion.
A degree in business, management, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years related experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
