We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our property accounting team. This individual will use a balance of strong technical knowledge and supervisory and interpersonal skills to manage, support and oversee daily accounting functions for CHT’s growing portfolio of multi-family rental properties.
The ideal candidate will have experience with team cultivation and supervision, creating internal and GAAP compliant financial statements, overseeing and participating in audit and budget processes, and performing accounting tasks in a public or nonprofit sector.
A minimum of 5 years of accounting management experience, and a Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field are strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
