We are looking for a Regional Product Manager for our corporate office in Charlotte, VT. This is not a remote position. He/She will be responsible for specific product management and tour-related operations. This role will also be responsible for preparing budgets and forecast as well as execution of all aspects of tour-specific vendor management including planning, contracting, and organization. The Regional Product Manager will have direct responsibility of specific tour quality and performance.
Management of all aspects of specific assigned tours
Creating, monitoring and reconciling budget for every tour
Planning, negotiations and contracting with vendors
Coordination with tour leaders
Managing tour itineraries and route directions
Execution of assigned tours (prepare paperwork, oversee invoicing and payments)
Quality/performance of assigned tours based upon guest and leader feedback
Develop intimate knowledge of assigned tours via research and/or FAM (familiarization) trips
Asset Management for assigned tours
3-5 years of professional work experience in travel and hospitality especially in contracting and vendor management
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Unfailing attention to detail, highly organized and efficient, systems-oriented
Strong written and effective, collaborative oral communications skills
Commitment to the highest levels of integrity and honesty
