The CJC is growing! The Restorative Services Coordinator is part of a team responsible for coordinating and delivering restorativejustice services across a range of referrals, from pre-charge diversion through post-conviction reparative processes. This position will be based out of Williston.
Working with both responsible and impacted parties, this role centers accountability, meaningful support, equity, and community impact. The Coordinator prepares participants for dialogue processes, facilitates restorative conferences, develops and monitors agreements, and ensures all participants are treated with dignity and respect.
This position requires strong relationship-building skills, a trauma-informed approach, and the ability to hold both accountability and compassion. The Coordinator collaborates with community partners, justice system stakeholders, and internal staff to promote equitable access to restorative processes and strengthen community-based responses to harm.
This position is paid at $63,398.40 – $70,657.60 Annually and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
