The Executive Director, Alumni & Donor Relations for the UVM Larner College of Medicine (LCOM) is responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance life-long relationships with, and inspire philanthropic investments from, LCOM’s medical and graduate alumni, students, residents, donors, prospects, and faculty. The Executive Director plays a leadership role within the Academic Health Sciences (AHS) Development & Alumni Relations team, partnering closely with the AHS annual giving and major gifts teams to build the AHS donor pipeline and ensure engagement strategies are well executed and effective. The position also works closely with the Larner College of Medicine’s leadership and communications teams and proactively collaborates with the UVM Foundation’s Alumni Relations team. The Executive Director supervises the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving.
