The PH U.S. headquarter office is located in Waitsfield, Vermont with field offices in Armenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine with projects also being implemented in other countries.

The Associate Director of Program & Fund Development is a full-time position supporting and leading targeted development and fundraising efforts based out of the Waitsfield, Vermont office. This position reports to the Director of Program & Fund Development and the Executive Director and works with staff from all field offices.
