THE ROLE

ASSOCIATE SALES MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

MCI and AE are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Sales Manager to execute lead generation, proposal work, follow-up, and relationship management with potential and existing clients.

The position includes domestic and international travel approx. four weeks per year as an on-site tour leader. Enjoy a balance of work in a Burlington office and an opportunity to explore the world!

What we offer:

This is a full-time position, salaried at $50,000, with a benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, a Simple IRA plan, and a hybrid work model.

You’re a great match for this role, if:

• You have traveled and love to travel (experience in Europe and the US especially)
• You have a background in sales
• You have experience driving sales volume, meeting or exceeding sales goals, preparing sales collateral, and creating and nurturing client relationships
• You have a strong work ethic and excel at problem solving
• You’re passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience
• You have experience with budgeting and accounting
• You’re a clear, professional communicator, by phone, email, and in person
• You have solid creative, persuasive, and descriptive writing skills
• You have strong computer literacy and are proficient in Excel

Bonus points, if:

• You have experience in travel or event sales
• You’re proficient in a second language
• You’re a musician
• You’re a skilled proofreader
• You’re familiar with:
  • Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
  • RFP template platforms
  • Act! or other CRM platforms
