As a Youth Coach in Spectrum’s newest Youth Shelter, you will provide encouragement and guidance to help residents meet daily routines and milestones outlined in their service plans. You will accompany residents on meaningful activities such as job searches, volunteer opportunities, and recreational outings, fostering growth and independence. Administering medications responsibly and ensuring adherence to care plans is also an essential part of this role. There are full and part-time positions available with a base wage of $21.00 per hour with an additional shift differential based on shift worked.
