The Project Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Housing Trust’s affordable housing development program involving multi-family housing and limited commercial development. Activities include: participating in site selection and project conceptualization, coordinating consultant work, determining project feasibility, preparing grant and loan applications, predevelopment activity to get to closing, procurement, grant administration, construction management, and coordinating tenant relocation
Prior Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required. Five years or more work experience in an autonomous role ideally involving project coordination and/or real estate. Nonprofit/public sector experience preferred.
