Vermont Huts & Trails’ mission is to reduce barriers to outdoor recreation through our growing network of huts and trails, while supporting Vermont’s rural economies, and conserving our natural environment.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the organization in a significant growth phase as it builds on the success of its first ten years. Our ideal candidate is a versatile leader who can move seamlessly across focus areas while building and growing a strong team. Salary: $90k
