This position is responsible for coordinating referrals, facilitating intakes, and completing clinical biopsychosocial assessments for the Riverstone Counseling program. It requires the coordination of a variety of services revolving around a youth’s access to treatment and supporting the youth to be successful. Communicating progress to multiple service providers in a timely manner is essential to the position. This position includes procedural and documentation of all incoming referrals, as well as providing clinical assessment, connecting youth to community resources, and communicating with Riverstone Counseling staff. The ability to multitask, be flexible, maintain attention to detail, and complete paperwork in a timely manner is essential. This is a full-time, exempt, benefits-eligible position starting at $50,000.00 annually and will be available for an August 1st start date.
