Case Manager – Supported Housing Full Time

This position provides intensive case management for youth in our supported housing program. It requires the coordination of a variety of services revolving around a youth’s service plan as well as supporting the youth to be successful in the program. Communicating progress to multiple service providers in a timely manner is essential to the position. The ability to multitask, collaborate, be flexible, maintain attention to detail, and complete paperwork in a timely manner is also very important. The Case Manager works closely with a team of direct service staff in our Supported Housing program and is expected to communicate closely and often with them, and to support their use of appropriate interventions working with the clients. The position is considered part of the Basic Needs leadership team and will support the ongoing development of programmatic expectations, policies, and culture. This is an exempt position with a salary range of $48,000 – $53, 000.00 and is eligible for an excellent benefits package including health, HRA, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, accrued vacation, unlimited health leave, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
