Case Manager/Clinician Full Time

Join our Compass Program team as a Compass Case Manger or Clinician! In this role, you’ll work with at-risk youth (ages 12-23) and their families, providing critical services like assessment, case planning, crisis response, and family preservation. As part of a dedicated team, you’ll help youth achieve their goals through strengths-based treatment planning and comprehensive case management, focusing on areas such as housing, education, employment, mental health, and substance use support.

We offer a competitive annual salary range for a Bachelor’s level Case Manager of $48,000 – $51,000, with the Master’s level Clinicians range at $52,000 – $55,000.
