The Resident Treatment Program at Lund seeks a Weekend Residential Shift Supervisor, a
vital role in supporting pregnant and parenting individuals in our program. We are searching for

This position ensures the smooth coordination and implementation of residential programming, fostering a safe, supportive, and structured environment for residents. The Shift Supervisor directly supervises Residential Counselors, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality care and effective
interventions.
This is a Friday through Monday, four (4), 10-hour shifts position. The hourly rate
is $27/hr. Certain days and specific shift hours have eligibility for a $2.50 shift differential.
