The Health Services Coordinator provides services to prevent COVID 19 infection on Goddard’s Plainfield, VT; Seattle, WA; Port Townsend WA; and Tacoma WA campuses and responds to any outbreak. Travel to all four sites and some evenings, weekend and holidays work are required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE Bachelor’s degree or certifications in student affairs, public health, nursing or other related field. Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice, sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse, academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds of students, faculty, staff, and the broader community. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills and ability to interact professionally with people from diverse cultural, racial, ethnic, gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds during a time of crisis and distress. Experience working with health related community organizations. Experience with data collection, reporting, and analysis. Proficiency in navigating computer systems; ability to learn new data systems quickly and to comply with data integrity and security. Strong communication and organizational skills. Project management experience preferred. Second language proficiency preferred. This is a Full Time, Union, Temporary 9-month position compensated at $30.00/hour
