Compass Case Manager/Clinician Full Time

Join our Compass Program team as a Compass Case Manger or Clinician! In this role, you’ll work with at-risk youth (ages 12-23) and their families, providing critical services like assessment, case planning, crisis response, and family preservation. As part of a dedicated team, you’ll help youth achieve their goals through strengths-based treatment planning and comprehensive case management, focusing on areas such as housing, education, employment, mental health, and substance use support.

This is a full-time, field-based position with frequent travel, requiring reliable transportation and comprehensive insurance. We offer a competitive annual salary range for a bachelor’s level Case Manager of $48,000 – $51,000, with the master’s level Clinicians range at $52,000 – $55,000 and a robust benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance; HRA; short term and long term disability, accrued vacation, health leave; and a 403(b) retirement plan.
