We are looking for a full-time, in-person designer/detailer matching AIA Architectural Associate 3 and/or Design Staff 1 positions to join our 11 person firm. We offer the opportunity for you to express your ability to design, collaborate, and construct. We need a creative thinker capable of technical documentation. Responsibilities also include consultant coordination, field work, product research and specification, collaborative and independent work. Ideal candidate has 4+ years experience developing completed construction documents and a degree in architecture.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Anticipated starting range is $70K – $85K annually. Annual benefits include medical insurance, HRA account, vision, dental, simple IRA, 3 weeks vacation, 6 federal holidays, 5 flex days, as well as AIA and NCARB dues.
This position will require interfacing with representatives from all aspects of the design and construction field on a regular basis, so we need someone who is comfortable with this work.
