Instrumart is looking to hire a smart, energetic and friendly person to join our Customer Support team! The Customer Support team has shared goals and practices geared toward optimizing our customer’s entire experience with Instrumart. Our CSRs provide direct support not only to our external customers (i.e. front line for all incoming phone calls, order status, tracking information, and revisions to orders) but also to our internal Engineering Department by assisting in all aspects of the successful input and completion of orders.
Previous experience and/or prior knowledge of our products would be beneficial in this position, but are not required. Experience working with NetSuite (or similar business management software) and multi-line telephone systems preferred.
