This is a two-year position with ample opportunity for training/professional development. During the winter and spring, Year-Round Crew Leaders complete projects as a peer group and support operations. In summer and fall, lead a crew of up to six Members in completing forest health, water quality, and/or sustainable outdoor recreation projects.

Weekly Compensation: $780-795, DOE
Age Requirement: 21+
