Crew Leaders work with their crews to complete conservation projects, including trail maintenance and invasive species management. Conservation Youth Crew Leaders work with youth Crew Members (age 15-18). Leaders should have housing within reasonable commuting distance of the meetup locations in either Burlington or Rutland. A successful Crew Leader can foster an inclusive and supportive crew community, help Crew Members navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and provide personal and professional growth opportunities. Crew Leaders stay organized and manage their time effectively.

Dates: May 21 – October 25 (full season), May 21 – August 9 (Summer only)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (full time)
Weekly Compensation: $740-785, DOE
Age Requirement: 21+
