Crew Leaders work with their crews to complete trail, water quality, carpentry, and forest health projects. Leaders are responsible for ensuring camp life runs smoothly, camp chores are done, administrative responsibilities are finished, and projects are completed to a high standard of quality, while working and living with their crew the whole time. A successful Crew Leader is able to foster an inclusive and supportive crew community, help Crew Members navigate challenges and celebrate successes, and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth while staying organized and managing their time effectively.

Various Dates: May 21 – October 25 (full season), May 21 – August 9 (summer only), August 13-October 25 (Fall only)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (full time)
Weekly Compensation: $740-$785, DOE
Age Requirement: 21+
