Advanced Forests Crew Leaders work with their crews to complete forestry projects including but not limited to: crop tree release, early successional habitat, hazard tree removal, and invasive species control. A successful Crew Leader is able to foster an inclusive and supportive crew community, help Crew Members navigate challenges and celebrate successes, and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth while staying organized and managing their time effectively.

Dates: May 21 – October 31
Schedule: Monday to Friday (full time)
Weekly Compensation: $780-$825, DOE
Age Requirement: 21+
