Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician are quite diverse including but not limited to Apartment turnovers, grounds keeping, various janitorial duties, painting, appliance, electrical, heating, plumbing and safety equipment repair and replacement and provide assistance at other company properties when needed.
The qualified candidate must have reliable transportation and have the ability to assist in carrying appliances and climb ladders as needed.
