Hiring range: $19.50 – $20 hourly Full-time in person
*Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are both required. Criminal Background Check Required.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
-Dusting and vacuuming.
-Cleaning kitchen and bathrooms including scouring toilets and sinks.
-Cleaning Conference Rooms.
-Sweeping and mopping.
-Washing windows.
-Emptying garbage containers and recycle bins.
-Replacing paper products.
-Deeper cleaning when requested.
-Snow removal and sidewalk clearing (weather dependent).
-Other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications
Perform duties with an eye for detail according to established schedule. Cleaning equipment and chemicals must be used for their intended purpose. Must be able to move light furniture, work in small areas and work with chemicals. Contribute positively to professional and respectful office environment. Must be committed to CHT’s membership based model of community controlled and permanently affordable housing.
