Preventative Maintenance Coordinator: Administers and implements comprehensive preventative maintenance activities at all BHA properties, ensuring the systematic upkeep of building components. The PMC will establish a maintenance schedule, as well as oversee and coordinate with contractors for key building systems and areas related to the upkeep of buildings.
