Position Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional looking to make a meaningful impact behind the
scenes of a mission-driven organization? As the Operations and Benefits Assistant at the Vermont
Housing and Conservation Board (VHCB), you’ll play a pivotal role in the operational backbone of the
organization – keeping our team connected, organized, and moving forward. Partnering directly with the
senior leadership, this highly collaborative, dynamic role offers a vantage point into the heart of our
operations. You’ll gain wide exposure across Human Resources, Office Management, and Organizational
Systems while helping to shape how our team works every day.
In this role, no two days are quite the same. You will touch nearly every aspect of VHCB’s back-end
operations, with key duties as follows:

Qualifications:
Compensation: $59,000 – $62,500 commensurate with experience.
