The Safety & Training Coordinator, under the direction of the Vermont Creamery Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Manager, is responsible for all aspects of Vermont Creamery’s training program and acts as a support role for the Safety department. This role works to improve overall safety culture and provide an additional safety resource for employees. The Coordinator provides direction and administration for the overall training program, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, orientation, and on-the-job training, in line with Land O’Lakes corporate standards. This position will support and drive continuous improvement of key performance metrics through project management and facility initiatives. The Safety & Training Coordinator works collaboratively with the Vermont Creamery Safety, Operations, Quality, and Human Resources teams to deliver value for all employees across the business.
