Responsibilities:
Client Management & New Business Development of existing clients.
Client visits, identification of new opportunities, and lead generation.
Manage job order intake for existing clients.
Create, post and market open job orders.
Source, screen and interview prospective candidates.
Coordinate submission and placement of qualified candidates to clients.
Employee relations, retention management and redeployment of employees.
Network locally to facilitate candidate and customer lead generation, and create brand awareness.
Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of professional office experience. Sales experience desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven success in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to fully leverage multiple processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results.
