This position is responsible for management and continuous improvement of all aspects of the City’s payroll functions, provides technical services for payroll systems-integrations, senior level accounting services, including supervision, in support of the City’s central accounting function. Position may also provide direct reporting for payroll projects and grants to City departments. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and five (5) years of relevant experience in accounting.
