Lawn Care Laborer – $18-$23/hour Full Time

Position Overview:

As a Lawn Care Laborer, you will assist with various tasks related to lawn maintenance and landscaping projects. This role requires physical stamina, a love for outdoor work, the ability to work in varying weather conditions, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris.
• Assist with planting, weeding, and mulching as directed.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Load and unload equipment and supplies from company vehicles.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional on job sites.
• Work efficiently and effectively with team members to complete projects on time.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate basic lawn care equipment or willingness to learn.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 LBS)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
