The Winooski Housing Authority is seeking a full-time Housing Support/SASH Coordinator. The primary role is to support residents in four elderly housing properties in their abilities to remain in their unit successfully. In addition there will also be Property Management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively as part of a team with professionalism and confidentiality.
The position requires good customer service, communication and organizational skills, positive and professional demeanor and attention to detail.
Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
