The VSC is in the middle of transition to the UltiPro (Enterprise) HRIS system and we need someone who is flexible, adaptable, and has a sense of humor.
The VSC Chancellor’s Office seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our HR team. This position is located at our Montpelier, VT office. The primary focus of the HRIS Analyst is to support the maintenance of the human resources information system, UltiPro (Enterprise), in addition to other systems utilized by the HR and Benefits teams. The Senior HRIS Analyst will support initiatives aimed at ensuring quality, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all systems, as well as efficient execution of workflows and related business processes. This incumbent will also serve on project teams for HRIS-related initiatives and develop HR statistical and analytical reporting. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources with a dotted line reporting relationship for technical matters to the Chief Information Officer.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience and skill set.
