Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, coordination, and program support to the President and CEO of the Vermont Association of Hospitals and Health Systems (VAHHS). This role is central to the effective operation of the association, supporting executive calendar and travel management, association events and sponsorships, and the development and delivery of educational programming for members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a mission-driven, healthcare-focused environment.
This position is hybrid, with a combination of remote work and in-person presence at the main office and in Vermont as needed to support the President, meetings, events, and organizational priorities.

Qualifications
Required
Preferred
Experience with event planning, sponsorship coordination, or professional education programs.

Core Competencies
Salary Range
$70,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
