The Town of Jericho (pop. ~5,000) seeks an experienced, collaborative professional to serve as full-time Town Administrator. This role serves as the Selectboard’s chief administrative officer, overseeing municipal operations, staff coordination, budgeting, and implementation of Town priorities.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, and experience in municipal management, financial oversight, and strategic initiatives. Ability to support long-term planning, partnerships, and community development is highly valued.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in public/business administration or related field and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Salary: $85,000–$125,000 DOQ, plus excellent benefits.
