The Condo Guy and Today’s Homes of Vermont of Re/Max North Professionals is looking for a lead administrator to join our small but fast-pace team located in Burlington, VT.
We are looking for a positive, self motivated, go-getter to join our real estate team in Burlington, Vermont. Job duties include but not limited to answering the telephone, taking messages, scheduling appointments, preparing real estate forms, documents and correspondence, ordering supplies, mailing newsletters, distributing reports, making photography and maintenance arrangements and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems. The real estate administrative position also handles updating information on the Multiple Listing Service, social media including Facebook, Instagram posting, email newsletters, in addition to creating ads for marketing on-line and print. Manages and oversees direct mailings. The job will also require a person who can see the bigger picture, ability to maintain a pleasant and organized office environment. Job duties may also require light book keeping. The job requires light lifting and a car for running errands, assisting owner in listing appointments. Computer literacy is necessary for this job, as is the ability to focus on many tasks at once in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements: College degree or 4 years experience in administration roles.
Compensation: Based on experience
Part- time with potential for full time.
