This position is responsible for providing program management and coordination for the Multicultural Youth Program (MYP). The MYP Manger will have knowledge of community resources and other Spectrum programs in order to support and train outreach workers and interns, to make appropriate referrals, and will actively cultivate relationships with other community stakeholders. The manager will recruit, hire, train, and supervise program staff. They will be supervised by and work with the Clinical Director and be involved in program development, data collections and evaluation and grant activity. Overall program development and activities will be guided by evidence/research based interventions specific to the population being served. The MYP Manager, along with the outreach workers, will represent Spectrum in community forums addressing service and resource needs of multicultural at-risk youth. This is an exempt position with a salary of $48,000.00.
Knowledge & Skills Required
The above duties will be carried out in a variety of settings including on-site, street settings, various community meeting settings, schools, and public gatherings.
