Supervised by: Director of Development
The Development Coordinator implements and anchors the systems and processes that drive our fundraising program forward in service of building a Vermont where all LGBTQ+ youth have hope, equity, and power.
From gift management to all aspects of logistical, administrative support that drives our donor stewardship strategies, this person will carry out and champion the vital behind the scenes elements of our outward facing fundraising initiatives.
The Development Coordinator joins a highly collaborative and growing team, and will actively engage in the regularly-occurring work of Outright, including: development team meetings, all-staff meetings and retreats, and as a representative at ‘all-in” events (typically 1-2 per year).

Qualified individuals will be highly organized, savvy with technology, and detail-oriented. The successful candidate will have at least two years of relevant work history, demonstrating strong administrative and computer skills. This professional will work independently and with our team, communicating important and timely information to ensure our behind-the-scenes work continues, while building efficiency whenever possible. The ability to enjoy a highly collaborative and professional environment within the organization is essential.
Other Skills and Abilities
Transferable skills include, but are not limited to: office administration, data entry, ad hoc reporting, effective research, attention to detail, task management, and project management.
WHAT WE OFFER
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $65,250 to $69,625. This is a full time, salaried position based on a 35-hour work week.
This position can offer a hybrid schedule, with some mandatory weekly days in our Burlington office. Some evening and weekend hours may be required around key events and campaigns.
