Hoff & Company LTD in Richmond is looking for a new team member to join our small and very busy office!
We primarily provide legal services for residential and commercial real estate transactions, and corporate and small business matters.
This is a 30-40 hour per week in-office position based in Richmond.
This position interacts with clients and members of the public on a regular basis.
Responsibilities may include (based on experience): fielding and directing incoming phone calls; opening and closing client files; communication with financial institutions, other law offices, and real estate agents; preparation of a wide variety of legal documents; assisting with the administration of real estate closings; client communications; and generally assisting with all that needs to be done to keep a small office running.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and keep things moving forward in an organized and positive manner!
Previous experience preferred in a law office, or in banking, municipal government, real estate, or a similar field.
Willing to train and willing to tailor job responsibilities to suit the experience and goals of the right candidate.
