This position in the Operations Unit combines project management and systems development with the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing assessment of department-wide processes & systems.
Work includes:
• Serve as Project Lead for large scale projects from start to finish.
• Manage the department Continuity of Operations Plan.
• Coordinate and respond to public records requests.
• Manage the Operations Unit annual strategic plan.
• Serve as second in command to Director of Operations.
